You will fill out a pre-screening form before your first appointment, and then you will receive a phone call or an email to set up your initial appointment.

You will then be sent a link allowing you to access our online patient portal. At that point, you will be required to complete intake paperwork including sign releases and consents.

We accept insurances and payments via Stripe, and you will be emailed a link to complete the transaction.

To verify your coverage, please complete the Headway insurance link provided after scheduling your appointment. This ensures your psychiatric visit is covered and you understand any out-of-pocket costs in advance.

Cancellations in less than 24 business hours or less are charged the full appointment fee, as we reserve slots for each of client and do not double book.
